Happy Birthday Chloe!

It's hard to believe that four years have gone by since our little girl was born. We have been so blessed with a daughter like Chloe. She is beautiful inside and out. She is smart, loving, creative, and curious. She is just finishing up her first year of preschool. Her vocabulary, comprehension, and memory continue to astound us. Sometimes we feel like we're talking to a child much older than four. Chloe loves to be the director, telling people what to do and how. Often, Luke is a willing participant in her games (other times...not so much). Chloe knows how to write all her letters and is beginning to put together three-letter words on her own to spell words she knows. She can read three-letter words as well. She is also extremely good at memorizing books and "reads" them back to whoever will listen. She's been in swimming lessons all year and can swim several feet on her own, take a breath, and swim some more. She is an eager helper to Mommy. She has also continued to memorize her Bible verses each week for the AWANA program at church. We love her so much and are excited to see what this next year in her life will bring.
