Luke

Luke is now 15 months old. He's an energetic, happy little guy. He is into everything and always on the go. His favorite activities lately include brushing his teeth, flopping around on the bed or couch or any other soft and cozy thing, playing with water, playing in the sandbox, swinging, and riding in his wagon. He has also figured out how to use the microphone on Chloe's piano so we are serenaded regularly. He just got his fifth tooth about a week ago. His favorite word still is uh-oh but all gone/done is heard often as well. He's starting to say other words like Momma and Daddy and no no. Lately he's been very into animals. He gets excited to see them for real or in books. He has been trying to imitate some animal sounds lately too. He knows "baa" and "quack" and "moo." He'll point to his head, nose or belly, but only if he's in the mood to do so. He also likes to sit and look at books, but won't hold still for long if you try to read one to him. In typical boy fashion, he usually has bumps and bruises on his head from various exploits gone wrong and currently has four bug bites on his head as well from some play time near the woods. We can't believe how fast he's growing. We love him very much!
