Chloe

An update on Chloe: As you know, she turned three in May. She's been keeping very busy this summer being sure to spend as much time outside as possible. She loves swinging, swimming, and watering the flowers. She likes helping Mommy take care of the garden. She loves blowing bubbles and doing sidewalk chalk. She also loves going on walks, but has graduated to a new phase for this....Mommy and Daddy walk pushing Luke in the stroller while she rides her "big girl bike" next to us. We've kept busy this summer with fun activities as you can tell by previous posts. She has also been to Michigan twice and we're heading there again soon for Janna's family vacation. Chloe has also enjoyed spending the night (a few times) at Grandma and Grandpa Coates' house. She knows many songs and LOVES when people read books to her. Chloe and Daddy have a running "date" in the summer where he takes her to story time at the library and then to a park or out to lunch. She can count to 20 and sometimes beyond, writes her name fairly legibly, and likes to teach Luke how to do things. Recently when I look at her I see her growing up before my eyes. She has a sense of humor and always wants to know and understand what's going on around her. We love her so much!
