Sensory Overload

Luke had been sitting up chewing on everything for over an hour, and when I reached my arm over, he grabbed it like a life preserver and passed out in the sea of Junior Asparagus and Mr. Butterfuly and fun chewy things.

Luke says this is his favorite transcendental quote: "Our life is frittered away by detail...Simplicity, simplicity, simplicity! I say, let your affairs be as two or three, and not a hundred or a thousand; instead of a million count half a dozen, and keep your accounts on your thumb-nail."

He is a voracious reader.
