Cookies

Last week Chloe and I checked out a book from the library called "Mr. Cookie Baker." We noticed that there was a recipe at the end and decided to give it a try. Chloe had a great time learning all about how to make cookies, something I'm sure she'll have plenty of practice doing over the next several years. First, she helped me measure the ingredients and then stir them together. She quickly became a pro at using the rolling pin and cookie cutters. But I'd have to say her favorite part was helping with the sprinkles. Sprinkle a few on the cookies...sprinkle a few in her mouth....(I was cleaning sprinkles off the floor for many days afterwards as well :) . And of course, once all was said and done, eating the cookies was a treat. Here are a few pictures of the fun. Notice Luke was in on it too (he's in the background in the first picture).
